In a recent coaching session, I was asked the question, “How positive thinking helps me to Achieve Almost Anything?. Positive thinking simply refers to a person’s belief that they can achieve their goals and ambitions, through either positive or negative thought. Many people believe that only by finding a way to think positively can they achieve their goals and ambitions. The question was asked because this is a time-consuming and challenging concept that many people have difficulty with.
As humans, we are constantly looking for shortcuts to success. We use just about every tool, technique, and technique that we can think of to get what we want. This is not to say that we should limit ourselves to only using just ONE tool, technique, or technique that we can use. Creating an application for this type of thinking is what the book “Positive Thinking: Freeing Yourself From Negative Thinking Patterns” is about.

There is no way we can guarantee everything will turn out the way we want them to. So I guess it is obvious that most people aspire to become famous, famous authors, famous painters, famous scientists, famous actors, famous entrepreneurs, or famous athletes.

When we think positively, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin which gives us a “feel-good” sensation. Serotonin and dopamine are two of the most important neurotransmitters in the brain. They also help control our moods, appetite, sleep, and pain threshold. Positive thinking has been proven to improve: Concentration and focus Memory Productivity Creativity Decision making Confidence Negative thinking, on the other hand, has been proven to lower: Concentration and focus Productivity Decision making Confidence Optimism is a more scientific way of looking at positive thinking. Optimism is simply an expectation of good outcomes.
