My friend’s story…
Hi, I’m Estela, I’m like everyone else, I started my working life, I got married I had children, I worked overtime to improve this or buy that, I was so absorbed in that that I did not realize the things that I was losing along the way, of course, I was with my children in their first steps in life, but how many hours a day, although they say that quality is important, there is no quality without a reasonable minimum of time, then came the inevitable divorce, all the things for which we fought improve were no longer relevant.
I realized that if I did not have a career that gave me a purpose, I would be lost, I decided to change, I wanted to find a new career, I began my training, it took me 3 years and it was the most difficult thing that I have ever done, I wanted to succeed, I knew that I could not fail, and I succeeded, I found my vocation, I am an accountant and it has been 10 years since I began my training, I’m sure that I will continue working for many years, I feel fulfilled, and I have a good salary, I know that I can work and take care of myself and my family, I have a home, I’m happy.
The rethinking begins, maybe it is not too late to start living in a better way, and I started to practice first timidly and now with more strength than ever, I want a better life for me and mine, I want to be with the people I love As long as possible, exercise live outdoors on a beautiful sunny day. I don’t want to spend eight hours under the orders of a manager, who distributes schedules without asking if you are even available.
No, I want to live the life that I choose to live. I started to think about this because I was asked to participate in a workshop to help companies to improve their communication practices, in particular in the area of management and leadership, and I have been thinking about it since then. We all know that managers are expected to be hard, demanding, unkind, and sometimes even cruel, but I feel that it is not always the case. For example, I have been working in different companies for the last twenty years and I have seen many different types of managers.
If I think it is possible, I fell in love again, and I enjoy my life to the fullest with him and my children, I still had the labor issue, so we investigated jobs online, we spent 6 months on that until we made the decision, of entering internet business and marketing, and we are moving slowly but firmly, we work as a family with coffee in between, a wood stove enjoying what life should give us all to be able to decide what we want, it is a business for the future, there are millions of people connected to the Internet we help each other and we help others to make a change. Have the economic and time freedom that each one of us deserves to enjoy the life that was given to us for that.
I have been in this company for over a year now, and it is the best thing I have ever done. It is not a company that is just giving you the job, but a company where you will be given the tools to succeed, and I am grateful to them for that. I am very happy working with these people because they always support me and give me what I need. We are all human beings, we all have our problems, but here we are helping each other to succeed in life. I am enjoying the work because I get to work with my friends, it is a great experience for me, I love being here, I do what I want when I want, I work as a team, we work together as a family and I feel that I am doing something good for society.
We are young/teen girls and boys. We enjoy our life using travel blog and outing and watch people lifestyle blog. We try to share our knowledge and what we are looking. We discussed with various people from our and other countries about fashion blog and health blog related knowledge sharing. We get tips and just share it. Some of us are pure technology blog love guys and girls those are also sharing some tips about internet and business blog related. Some of my friends share knowledge on baby care , home improvement and general knowledge.
